Adults Class | Age group: 15+ years
Goals: The Fundamentals Program deepens your understanding of basic positions and ground transitions for effective control. Students learn takedowns, guard positions, sweeps, guard passes, transitions, and submission series. Through regular sparring, students develop a solid understanding of Jiu-jitsu and can apply these techniques effectively. This program enhances overall knowledge while introducing more advanced concepts. As students gain greater control, they learn to dominate key positions that create abundant submission opportunities.
