The TAP Kids Program offers seven programs for children ages 3–10. These programs help your child grow into their best self. Through martial arts training, we cultivate respect, confidence, self-discipline, and inner strength. Your child will develop practical self-defense and Jiu-Jitsu skills while learning important life values.

Home School Class (Level 1-2-3): Age Group : 8-15 years


Goals: Under the expert guidance of World Champion Professor Thalys Pontes, students learn detailed explanations of rules, boundaries, and jiu-jitsu concepts, including when, how, and why to engage in a fight. They practice important skills like how to fall safely, maintain confident posture, and hold onto their training partner precisely. Through guided games, practice, and sparring, they learn simple moves and how to use them appropriately. These activities help them develop good behavior, better movement capabilities, and greater social awareness in class. Classes: Wednesday at 11:00 until 11:50 AM




Mighty Champions Class (Level 2-3) | Age Group : 7 – 12 years


Goals: Under the expert guidance of World Champion Professor Thalys, students learn detailed explanations of rules, boundaries, and jiu-jitsu concepts, including when, how, and why to engage in a fight. They practice important skills like how to fall safely, maintain confident posture, and hold onto their training partner precisely. Through guided games, practice, and sparring, they learn simple moves and how to use them appropriately. These activities help them develop good behavior, better movement capabilities, and greater social awareness in class. Classes: Tuesday and Thursday at 4:30 until 5:15 PM




Big Champions Class (Level 1-2-3) | Age Group : 10 – 15 years

Goals: Under the expert guidance of World Champion Professor Thalys, students learn detailed explanations of rules, boundaries, and jiu-jitsu concepts, including when, how, and why to engage in a fight. They practice important skills like how to fall safely, maintain confident posture, and hold onto their training partner precisely. Through guided games, practice, and sparring, they learn simple moves and how to use them appropriately. These activities help them develop good behavior, better movement capabilities, and greater social awareness in class. Classes: Tuesday and Thursday at 5:30 until 6:30 PM



MMA Class | Age Group: 8+ years

Our MMA Class empowers champions to effectively apply their Jiu-Jitsu skills against strikes, kicks, and holds. Students learn to effectively use their fists, arms, elbows, legs, knees, shins, and feet, developing both offensive and defensive capabilities. The techniques incorporate full-body movements, using agility and pressure to maximize precision during attacks. Through drilling and sparring Jiu-Jitsu against strikes, children develop laser-focused self-defense skills. This focused training not only builds practical abilities but also instills a sense of calm and confidence that extends beyond the mat.


Classes: Monday and Wednesday at 5:30 until 6:30 PM Entrance to this class requires minimum of 4 white stripes and instructor approval.



Competition Class (Level 3) | Age Group : 8+ years

Goals: Led by World Champion Professor Thalys Pontes, our Competition Training Program prepares students for Jiu-Jitsu championships through high-level strategies, techniques, and competition-specific drills. Students develop advanced tactical awareness and master effective techniques for attacking, counterattacking, and controlling opponents. Through challenging training and strong support, our program fosters personal growth helping students overcome fears, build lasting confidence, and develop mental resilience.


Classes: Saturday at 1:30 until 3:00 PM Day of classes: April 4th, and 19th | May 3rd, and 16th | June 14th and 21st | July 12th and 26th | August 1st and 29th | September 13rd and 27th | October 11th and 18th | November 8th and 14th | December 6th and 13rd


Entrance to this class requires instructor approval.
