KIDS JIU-JITSU

Dear Parents, Welcome to Excellence in Youth Development

Start now your child's Jiu-Jitsu journey at TAP Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Academy. We offer eleven kids' programs specifically designed for ages 4–14.

Our structured program split by age and experience develops a strong foundation in essential or advanced techniques, teaching effective self-defense through a three-step approach: first using communication skills, then applying positional control from top or bottom positions, and finally—as a last resort—submissions.

While developing these self-defense skills, our champions also learn crucial behavioral, motor, and breathing techniques. Through our well-organized curriculum and step-by-step instruction, we deliver core concepts crucial for both life and Jiu-Jitsu, adapting to each student's individual pace with love and patience.

In our engaging classes, children naturally develop positive behaviors, refined movement skills, and meaningful social connections while building the knowledge and confidence to excel in Jiu-Jitsu.

Led by Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Black Belt and multiple-time World Champions Professor Thalys and Abbi Pontes.

TAP Academy leads the way in youth development, using our proven methodology to build tomorrow's leaders with passion, conviction, and purpose. Our warm, supportive community makes families feel at home. Through battle-tested teaching methods, we help your child grow and succeed.
